An integrative team of experts was formed, including doctors, nurses and therapists and in 2003 the vision became a reality, with the opening of an Integrative Medicine Centre on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Integrative medicine combines the best of evidence-based conventional medicine and complementary medicine to focus on the total health of a patient.

We treat all conditions, and patients come for the active listening they will receive and for the deep diagnosis that will look at all aspects of their lives. Many patients come to ITH for chronic and difficult to treat conditions that may have been unresolved for many years.

The Centre has grown steadily over the years and now serves many thousands of patients, with a team of nearly 20 practitioners. It has become specialised in biomedicine, which addresses the underlying environmental and biochemical causes of illness.

Invitation to Health is also part of a network of integrative medical centres, with ‘sister’ centres in the Philippines, France and Belgium.
