GEO currently manages:

- Junee Correctional Centre, located in regional New South Wales near Wagga Wagga;

- Fulham Correctional Centre, located in regional Victoria near Sale;

- Ravenhall Correctional Centre, located in Melbourne's west; and

- Bridge Centre, located in inner Melbourne.
