All Medpods have 2-3 consulting rooms and a treatment room. This means individualised attention to patients , with the absence of politics associated with larger medical practices.

There is little or no paper in a Medpod. All data is entered via a patent kiosk or concierge system .There is no need for the patients to fill out lots of paper work during their initial visit and each time the patient visits the practice, the patient updates their information can and opt in or out of the many free health assessments offered to the whole family. For those patients whose first language is not English, the patient can update their details in one of hundred languages which is then translated into English to the medical software.

Medpods Medical Centres have not only been created to help patients, but to offer a unique working space for doctors to consult in. The Medpods are modern and clean. Each Medpod is supported by a dynamic nurse, receptionist and an award- winning management company helping doctors with all their management requirements.
