Bundaberg Occupational Therapy was established in 2008 and moved to the new premises in 2010 at 298 Bourbong Street.
We are a diverse bunch of Occupational Therapists who specialise in

                                                                                                     - ergonomic assessments of the office and work space
                                                                                                      -and the treatment of children.

Our hand therapists can provide treatment for all finger, hand, wrist and arm conditions to help you perform at your optimum. 
​These include

- Hand and upper limb rehabilitation following injury or surgery
- wound care and swelling control
- splinting with thermoplastic, neoprene, lycra or leather splints
- taping
- improving range of motion and strength
- scar management
- pain management
- facilitate return to function and work
- recommendation of adapted equipment
- joint protection and work simplification techniques

We are happy to expand our knowledge of scar management into other body parts to include burns, surgical scarring and keloid scarring.

Our kids therapists can provide an assessment, therapy and treatment plan for your child if they are experiencing 
- developmental delays
- toiletting difficulties
- sensory processing and sensory integration problems
- trouble with developing fine motor and pencil skills
- learning difficulties
- behaviour difficulties especially if related to sensory processing

Plus we are good at assessing your office and work place to make sure you are working in as efficient a set up as you can so you do not cause recurring injuries.
