The Kings Meadows Medical Centre has been providing high quality health services to patients since 2006.

Our Doctors, Nurses and Administrative Support Team prides themselves on delivering outstanding customer service and health solutions.

Our friendly team, led by Medical Centre Manager Bronwyn Hawkins, are there to ensure that your experience at our Practice is as pleasant as possible.

The Practice is fully computerised and always strives to provide our patients with the latest technologies and services to help achieve their optimum health. We use TYRO software that allows patients to claim their Medicare rebate with the swipe of their card.

Confidentiality is very important to us and all personal information is managed in accordance with the Practice’s Privacy Policy and Privacy Legislation.

Consultations are by appointment only. In case of an emergency please call 000.

Our appointment/consultations times are as follows:

Standard 10 – 15 minutes

Long – 20 – 30 minutes

Extended – > 30 minutes

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Kings Meadows Medical Centre bulk bill consultations for all pensioners and Health care card holders upon presentation of a current concession card. Fees may still be charged for other services ie procedures.

Non concession card holders should ring the practice on (03) 6344 5722 for individual doctor fees. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Payment is required at the time of consultation.

If you need to cancel any bookings please call us as soon as you are aware. Whilst every endeavour will be made to make a new booking of your choice, we may be limited in appointment availability.

Note: If you do not advise us that you are unable to make an appointment you may receive a charge in lieu of other patients not being able to see a doctor at that time.

Kings Meadows Medical Centre provides after hours care through a deputing service. Please call (03) 6344 5722 for details. In an emergency dial 000 and ask for an ambulance.

We have onsite parking behind the Practice.

We are happy to integrate online appointments into our Medical Practice. You can now access our appointment book online and book your appointment from the convenience of your computer or mobile device. All information is stored securely and no personal information is ever handed to third parties.

We are conveniently located at 86c Hobart Road, Kings Meadows adjacent to the Meadow Mews shopping centre.

New patients are welcome at our clinic. All new patients are required to fill in our ‘New Patient Form’. Also the Patient Information is available here too.

All accounts are required to be settled on the day. If you are aware of any difficulties you may have paying your account please alert our front desk staff BEFORE you see the doctor. Whilst we always try and accommodate each and every patient we need to know the circumstance of any payment arrangements. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
