Profile Summary
When commissioned to author a paper on potential improvements to Return to Work performance in the rehabilitation sector, the soon–to–be Directors of IPAR saw an opportunity to bring a range of new skills and experience to the sector. Combining their allied health, management consulting, recruitment and employment services backgrounds, they founded IPAR Rehabilitation in Melbourne in July 2003.
Since our commencement, IPAR has grown substantially year-on-year, with operations now across metropolitan and regional offices in every state and territory of Australia. Our growth has come about due to a relentless focus on customer service and a commitment to ongoing service improvement and innovation.
