We are pleased to advise that Capital physiotherapists have commenced provision of services at our Moonee Ponds Centre.

Capital Physiotherapy offers a range of services such as Sports Physiotherapy, Neck and Back pain, Headaches, Clinical Pilates, Pregnancy care and Massages. They pride themselves on treating your injury for the long term, providing not only relief from your pain but also a long-term solution to your injury.

Capital physiotherapists are expert in assessing and treating sports injuries, work related injuries, motor vehicle injuries and general physical injuries/discomfort and also play a critical role in rehabilitation following more serious injuries, especially after surgery.

Services provided by Capital physiotherapists in addition to general physiotherapy consultations and treatments include:

Clinical Pilates- Tailored Clinical Pilates program

Danielle is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with experience in health promotion and community health and has recently joined our team at Netcare Medical. She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition & Master of Dietetics degree in Victoria, Australia. Additionally, Danielle is a qualified Diabetes Victoria Life! program facilitator.

She enjoys working with individuals and families to help them achieve their goals. Danielle is particularly interested and has special expertise in: 

Sports nutrition, weight loss/gain and managing conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, reflux and polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Cardiac monitoring services are now available at Netcare Medical.

Do you experience palpitations, dizzy episodes, blackouts, skipped or extra heartbeats? You may stand to benefit from a 24 hour Holter monitor to record the electrical activity of your heart; this is a device worn for 24 hours and then returned for analysis and reporting. This is a bulk billed service with no out of pocket cost to you.
