Norwest Medical Imaging has established itself as a trustworthy and successful radiology practice offering the most advanced imaging technologies available. Independently owned and managed directly by radiologists, we promise to deliver an outstanding service to our patients.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Imaging

Our proud commitment to innovation in diagnostic imaging is exemplified by the comprehensive range of imaging modalities offered by our well-equipped radiology practice. Norwest Medical Imaging has a GE Signa 1.5T MRI Scanner, 1.5T GE Optima Extremity MRI scanner, a Toshiba Aquilion One 320 Slice CT Scanner offering a full range of multi-slice CT services including CT Angiography, Cardiac CT and Virtual Colonoscopy. We also have X-ray,  Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, CT Bone Mineral Density (BMD), OPG,  Cone Beam Dental Tomography,  and comprehensive high resolution Ultrasound.

At Norwest Medical Imaging we also offer a full range of interventional procedures under CT and ultrasound guidance including spinal corticosteroid injections  (facet joint, peri-neural and epidural), musculoskeletal and joint injections and biopsies (breast, thyroid, lung, lumps/lymph nodes, bone, organs etc.) under image guidance.

Our radiologists encourage direct communication with the referring doctors and are happy to discuss individual cases whenever further advice or details are requested.

We will always endeavour to fit in urgent cases on a same-day basis.

Visiting our Practice

Our radiology practice is located in Norwest, the modern business centre north west of Sydney in the Hills district. Traveling to and from the practice is easy. You’ll find us at the junction of the M2 and M7 motorways at 6 Meridian Place; a small cul-de-sac off Lexington Drive. There is ample parking both outside and underneath the building.

Our excellent reception staff will ensure you are offered quality care the moment you walk into the practice.

We have multilingual staff (Turkish, Arabic, Farsi, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Greek), including female radiographers and sonographers sensitive to the needs of female patients requiring specialised women’s imaging.
