Kids In Motion Occupational Therapy
Welcome to Kids in Motion Occupational Therapy Narellan.
It can be difficult as a parent understanding what is best for our children, especially when they are having difficulties either at school or at home. These difficulties can appear in the form of behavioural turbulence, sensory disruption, learning difficulties as well as specific conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD/ ADD and ODD.
Occupational Therapy can help parents to understand why their child is having difficulties and will work with you to overcome these challenges. The Occupational Therapist may conduct some assessments and share the outcomes with your child's GP, Paediatrician and/ or school to enhance their ability to learn, behave and socialise at school and at home.
We will develop goals with you and your child so that they are realistic and achievable. We will then provide occupational therapy treatment with your child at your home, your child's school or our clinic and then teach you how to carry on these activities at home in between therapy sessions to maximise the outcomes for your child.
We focus on actives that are fun and that fit in with family time. We encourage siblings to attend sessions and participate in therapy where appropriate.
Kids In Motion Occupational Therapy helps children to learn, grow and reach their full potential to perform important roles in their life.
