Fees â€‹

GP will bulk-bill Medicare card holders. For non Medicare card holders, the current fee for a standard consultation is $50. Alllied Health Professionals has a separate fee schedule, please see receptionist for details. 

If you have difficulty in paying our fees, please discuss it with us.

Appointments

​

Same day appointment is available. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time. Emergencies will always be given priority. 

Please make sure you have your Medicare and Healthcare card/Pension card ready at each visit. Please let reception know if any of your personal details changed.

If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. 

Please let us know when you make the appointment.

Management of your personal health information

​

Your medical record is confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. We abide by the 10 National Privacy Principles available atwww.privacy.gov.au/health/index.html.

Pathology Collection 

​

For your convenience, there is an on-site pathology collection service for blood and other specimen on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously.
