Better Access Medical Clinic is a General Practice Clinic based in Bowen Hills (Brisbane) and Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast).

We are a fully bulk billing General Practice for Medicare eligible patients. We also provide low cost care for those who are non-Medicare eligible. For those who are non-Medicare eligible the appointment fees are based on the length of the consultation with the G.P. but are calculated on an equivalent time basis as the current Medicare fees. Please note that Pathology and other tests are not included in the general clinic fee for non-Medicare eligible patients. Any pathology and other tests for non-Medicare eligible patients may be a separate fee payable to the pathology or radiology provider, you should be discuss these with them.

Better Access Medical Clinic provides services in; General Health; GP Management Plans (including Mental Health and other Health Care Plans); Sexual Health & Blood Borne Viruses; Hepatitis C Treatment & Management; Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST); and Work Cover and Pre-Employment Medicals.

Better Access Medical Clinic is a program of QuIHN Ltd. QuIHN provides a range of specialist programs and services including; Dual Diagnosis Therapeutic Counselling addressing both substance use and mental health concerns and support to loved ones and carers; and Harm Reduction support services (including education programs and Needle and Syringe Programs).  The Better Access Medical Clinic can work collaboratively with these ancillary services to provide holistic patient care.
