Our Doctors Dr John McIntosh, MBChB, MRCP (UK), MRCGP
Founder of the GP Superclinic Group, Dr John McIntosh qualified in medicine in 1984 and trained in the United Kingdom as a Specialist Physician and then as a General Practitioner. He immigrated to Australia in 1993 and since arriving in Mackay, has left an indelible mark on the medical environment with major gaps in community services being filled under his vision.
Dr. Ayobami Adeniji is from Ibadan in Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Ibadan in 2001 and worked in Nigeria for a few years before moving to Australia in 2009. Dr Ayo has worked in General Practices in Hervey Bay and Port Headland in WA. Married with 2 children, his areas of special interest include Men and Women’s Health, Child Health, Skin Cancer Medicine, Occupational Medicine and Chronic Disease Management. He has also obtained a Diploma in Dermoscopy.

Welcome to Marian GP Superclinic, where we pride ourselves on excellence in care and attention to each and every one of our valued patients. We welcome new patients and offer a complete range of services ranging from immunisations, regular health checks for the whole family, through to coal board medicals.
We aim to ensure our patients feel safe and secure at all times and encourage you to ask any questions you feel relevant during your appointment.
Our standard consultation time is 10 minutes, if you feel you may need longer than this; please inform our reception team when making your appointment.
