Patient Services

After Hours Medical Care

We believe that the best place to receive medical care is through your regular GP. However when they are not available, and for non-emergencies, medical care is available for patients in their home, or residential aged care facility. Suitably qualified and experienced staff will triage calls and relay details to our doctors in the field. Our doctors telephone prior to arrival, treat you in your home and a comprehensive treatment encounter record is then forwarded to your GP.

Our purpose-built Call Centre operates 24/7 to ensure appropriate triage and referral of patients to emergency services, or to the patient’s General Practitioner whenever required, as well as their opening hours and emergency contact details for the relay of critical health information.

Further information about our service for patients and additional health tools and useful health information may be found on our myDr website at http://directory.mydr.com.au/doctordoctor

Billing Arrangements and Patient Medical Information
