Kelmscott Physiotherapy
KP had its beginning back in 1980 in the upstairs of a building in Jull Court Armadale. Within a few years, we had outgrown the premises and so new premises were found on Albany Highway Kelmscott. Although there have been several location changes since that time we have always been located in Kelmscott.We are now located in a purpose built facility which has excellent parking facilities.
Our current building offers comfortable space for us to work in and grow steadily as it has done over the last 28 years. We now have 7 physiotherapists ready to meet the needs of our community.
In 1998, current Director, Ed Butcher joined Kelmscott Physiotherapy. Kelmscott Physiotherapy is an independently owned practice. Ed Butcher is now the sole Director of Kelmscott Physiotherapy and continues to work as a Physiotherapist in the practice as “I very much enjoy the patient/clinical contact part of our business”. Kelmscott Physiotherapy is also part of the Active Physiotherapy Group. This group provides resources, support, mentoring and educational programmes for the individual member practices.
The Accelerate Health Group allows us to have one of the best educational programmes in Perth for our staff members. Continuing education is a very important part of a providing quality evidenced based physiotherapy. All of our Physiotherapists are required keep up to date with all new findings and research to help us provide the best services possible and aim to exceed expectations.
