• Psychology Services - Our Clinical Psychologist provides regular counselling services on-site. A GP referral will be required before you see the Psychologist.

• Chronic Disease Management - â€‹ Our doctors and nurses can help you  in managing your chronic condition. We can create a care plan specific to your needs and circumstances. Eg. of chronic condition: Diabetes, Stroke, COPD, Osteoathritis, Hypertension, Kidney disease.
