Service NSW is an award-winning NSW government initiative delivering improved one-stop services for government customers. Service NSW has been shaped by our customers – who want easier and more online access to government services and a single point of contact.
Service NSW delivers more than 800 transactions – including driver licences, birth certificates, Seniors Cards and Fair Trading licences through one digital service, one phone number and a network of one-stop shops.
Service NSW is also working to deliver more transactions online in step with growing customer demand for quick and easy online services. This is complemented by a phone service at 13 77 88.
One-stop shops are being rolled out across the state, removing siloed stand-alone government shopfronts such as motor registries, Fair Trading counters and more.
At the one-stop shops, customers can book appointments, use the digital kiosks to make their visit even faster and take advantage of Wi-Fi and a range of other services.
When customers do have to visit us in person, they have all their services under one roof in key customer population hubs. That’s why we consistently attract high customer satisfaction scores.
Service NSW is continually refining the design of the one-stop shop network based on customer trends.
