PBM is a low level laser therapy used to treat a range of medical conditions, including soft tissue and sports injuries, arthritis, inflammation, pain and wounds. Laser therapy is a non-invasive therapy option for patients.
We have a dedicated laser therapist - Leilani Wong - who is trained to use a Bioflex/Meditech laser machine.
Currently we are served by a visiting dietician, exercise physiologist and respiratory therapist.
The respiratory therapist can improve the breathing performance of people with chronic lung conditions.
Appointments can be made via reception. Most patients will be referred to an allied health practitioner as part of a care plan’s extended primary care (EPC) item.
We now offer a comprehensive range of hearing (audiology) services. Appointments can be made by phoning Sue-Ann Maxwell on 38022126.
