Seaforth Gardens is a fully accredited aged care facility committed to providing high quality care which complies with all legislative standards. We are part of The Salvation Army, a Christian not for profit organisation. We strive to deliver holistic aged care and support to all our residents.
While endeavouring to reach all individuals, we place special emphasis on serving the needs of disadvantaged people within our community; whether their disadvantage is financial, social, emotional or physical. We strive to meet those needs with diversity of service, support and respect for the individual.

Seaforth Gardens is home to 61 residents. All rooms are single with ensuite. We provide 24 hour aged care, as well as respite care and palliative care.
Our manager leads a team of experienced multicultural aged care staff comprising registered health care, clinical care, leisure and lifestyle practitioners, domestic help, maintenance staff and administrative support. We even have a Chaplain on-site.
We have a GP who visits residents and allied health professionals to look after your personal needs such as podiatry, optometry, speech pathology and physio. A hairdresser visits as well.
On-site recreation activities are provided regularly together with outings and day trips
People who have been formally assessed by an authorised ACAT (aged care assessment team) agency as being eligible for aged care support are eligible to access Salvation Army residential aged care, depending on availablity.
ACAT is a Commonwealth funded program which assists older people and their carers identify what kind of care will best meet their needs.
