To make an appointment, you may either phone the surgery on 07 3848 4363 or call into the surgery during surgery hours.
Appointments are made at 10 minute intervals. Please inform staff if you need a longer appointment. Appointment bookings are required for all patients. This surgery does run by appointment, but emergency situations will always take priority. If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, please phone the surgery as soon as possible to cancel.
When making an appointment for vaccinations, please inform the reception staff, as this will allow for adequate time and avoid double bookings of the treatment room. This is particularly important for baby and children’s vaccinations. Please remember to bring your child’s vaccination record book.
When you arrive for your appointment please have your Medicare Card ready and inform staff of any changes to your personal details.
If you suspect you or your child may have an infectious disease, or you feel too ill to sit in the waiting room, please advise the reception staff.
If you or your family require an interpreter during your appointment, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when making the appointment.
