Active Wise Health Care was founded in 2011 to provide exceptional care for older Australian residents. We are a dedicated team of experienced professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of our older population. We provide comprehensive physiotherapy services directly to Aged Care facilities to assist them meet accreditation standards, as well as providing quality care to the residents. We also provide one-on-one physiotherapy services to clients that may be still living at home, in a retirement village, or already residing in a residential aged care facility.
