Torquay Walk In Clinic opened in Torquay in October 2011, to help ease doctor shortages in Torquay by giving families same day, affordable access to medical care.

The centre was established by Torquay doctor Neil Africa, who recognised that there was room in the growing Surfcoast township for a medical centre for walk in appointments and booked appointment consultations.

Appointments are available but not necessary to see a doctor at this Torquay Walk In Clinic Monday to Friday.

Our doctors are also happy, for the public to walk in and book an appointment on the day, and our friendly reception staff can accommodate by offering the next available time, reducing the time needed to sit in a busy waiting room. You can expect at times to wait to see a doctor, however this will vary depending on the demand on any day and appointment availability.
