Upon admission I felt like I was being welcomed by old friends – so reassuring and calming. The meals were exceptional – tasty, perfectly cooked, never boring, delivered with a smile. I can never express my gratitude to the wonderful staff – always smiling, friendly and always ready to make life simpler and easier for the patient. I was amazed at the assistance I was given by staff who organised the immediate future for me – with smiles. I loved those soft towels! Cleanliness – splendid TV – great when needed no blaring sounds.

The therapists were ‘gems’ – tried so hard to encourage me to keep working my knee. Even though the going was tough at times they never lost patience and perhaps their lovely smiles made everything a bit easier. Made me want to try harder to meet their expectations.

I want to say that I have never been treated with such consideration, kindness and friendliness as in these past two weeks. God Bless Eden and its staff. I love you all.

My sister Lynda is doing well and can do a lot more things for herself and we are all very grateful for the Team at North Mackay Private Hospital for helping get Lynda back on track and having a better pain controlled life that she is immensely enjoying now.
