Established in 2009, Sunstate Family Practice is founded on the belief that a patient's strong and lasting relationship with their family General Practitioner will lead to better health outcomes, and encourage patients to be active in their health care.
We are a private billing practice however, some doctors offer a concession rate to patients aged Over 65 years who hold a concession card (please check when booking your appointment). Children Under 16 years pay a $25 gap on consultations (extras incur additional costs including vaccines and procedures).
New patients are welcome and this includes referrals from our existing patients, as we believe word-of-mouth is the best form of referral and compliment.

Our GP practice owner, Dr Andrew Ganter, is an experienced GP Registrar Supervisor so this position would suit an early career GP seeking a supportive continuous learning environment OR an experienced GP interested in being involved in Registrar Supervision.
Sunstate GP's are very well supported by a collaborative team including their peers, an experienced Practice Manager, Reception and Nurse Team Leaders and their highly effective teams.
Our team delivers a non-corporate, high quality care model of service provision, with a traditional family practice approach, incorporating all the innovative technology currently available on the market to maximise performance and income for doctors and staff.
Established systems for chronic disease management utilise a spacious well-equipped treatment room, and Care Plan Nurse room, to help make your day run smoothly.
A full private paying patient base is immediately available for at least one or two doctors, working full or part time.
