NSW RURAL DOCTORS NETWORK
About RDN
The NSW Rural Doctors Network (RDN) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that develops and administers programs and services to improve the recruitment and retention of health professionals in rural, regional and remote NSW.
Growing and supporting a Nursing and Allied Health workforce for rural Australia
The NSW Rural Doctors Network (RDN) can help you make the move to rural practice. Through the Australian Government Rural Health Professionals Program (RHPP) RDN can provide recruitment, orientation and retention support services to nurses and allied health professionals moving to rural and remote NSW. We can even offer you a financial support package if you are moving to a more rural location.
Health professionals are in demand across rural New South Wales and you can choose from a bustling regional city, a picturesque coastal town or a friendly country village with plenty of wide open spaces.
Rural practice can be very rewarding. You never know what the next day will bring and your clinical skills will be challenged by this exciting and varied practice. Enjoy flexible hours, a more affordable lifestyle and being part of a supportive community.
