We welcome walk in patients. We also encourage patients to request their preferred GP for consultations. However to help you minimize your waiting time, you may book ahead on 07 3803 6655 or online at any time via our profile on First Available. Should you require a longer appointment, please advices the receptionist at the time of your booked. If you require an interpreter, please advise us prior to your appointment.

We bulk bill patients with a current Medicare card, concession card or DVA card for consultations during our normal business hours. All procedures including suturing or lacerations, repeat plastering, fracture splinting, excision of lesions, Implanon insertion/removal could incur an additional fee unless you have a concession/pension card. Certain consultations, such as Pre-employment Medicals, Commercial License Medicals, and Insurance form/reports are not covered by Medicare. Please request the price at the time of consultation with the GP. Payment in full is required at time of consultation. EFTPOS/credit card facilities are available. We do not accept cheque or hold accounts. If you do not have a current Medicare card you will be required to pay the full fee.

When the clinic is closed, please contact the Brisbane After Hours Doctors on 1300 4664 37 (1300 Home Dr). In an emergency ring 000 or present to the nearest hospital. Home visits are only by prior arrangement with the doctor for palliative care and disabled patients.
