Sum of Us Kids is the brainchild of Melbourne based inner-west speech pathologist, Becky Kidd. For over five years, Becky has worked in Seddon and West Footscray, helping kids with various language, speech, communication, and literacy difficulties.
Becky values working closely with other allied health practitioners to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s goals but found this challenging to achieve with practitioners based in separate locations. Recognising there was a lack of specialty clinics focused on children’s therapies in Melbourne’s inner-west, Becky decided to start one from scratch!
