Rural Care Australia Ltd (RCA) is dedicated to caring for our communities. At the heart of our mission is Chaffey Aged Care (CAC), a leading 100-bed residential aged care facility that offers exceptional, person-centered care. We are also proud to pioneer Generations Early Learning, a 72-place long day-care service that stands as one of Australia's first shared-site Intergenerational Early Learning programs—fostering meaningful connections between children and seniors. In addition to our care services, RCA supports Bingarra Units Incorporated, which provides safe housing to older adults experiencing financial and socioeconomic challenges.
Since opening the doors in 2007, Chaffey Aged Care has strived to deliver the very highest standard of care . We are well positioned as the regional leader in the delivery of residential aged care services. Staff and volunteers at Chaffey pride themselves on delivering person centred care tailored to meet the individual needs of residents who call Chaffey their home.
Rural Care Australia and Chaffey Aged are are community-owned, not for profit organisations who are dedicated to delivering services that support our community. RCA and CAC are governed by a skills-based volunteer Board.
