Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP) specialise in the prescription of exercises and movement for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. Working in collaboration with a General Practitioner and other allied health practitioners, our team of AEPs will develop an exercise program based on your current medical status, musculoskeletal condition and fitness to ensure that the exercise program is both safe and effective in achieving your desired health goals.

Our unique Exercise Physiology service provides you with your own private exercise room where you can experience true one-on-one attention. We provide you with full and exclusive use of our facility and uninterrupted care. In here, we provide you the opportunity to control your environment and it make yours whether it is setting a comfortable temperature, playing your own tunes, or bringing a friend. The space is yours.
