Liberating Minds was founded on the idea that whilst we can experience periods of time where we feel overwhelmed with our thoughts, feelings and emotions we can liberate ourselves of these with a little support.



At Liberating Minds we do this in a non-judgemental, supportive environment maintaining a holistic approach to your psychological needs using evidence-based interventions.



We are a client-centred practice that believes everyone has the potential to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life, which they value.
