At MVMT studio we offer several services under the one roof, including physio designed group fitness classes, private and semi-private physio-led clinical Pilates, injury management and rehab.

Variety is more than just the spice of life! When it comes to exercise it is also the key to moving better, optimising function, preventing injuries and also boredom.

For this reason we have a range of group classes, including Pilates, HIIT, Strength and Mobility, so that you can experience the benefits of many forms of evidence based training. No need for multiple memberships!

Our group classes are boutique sized, with options for various levels and life stages. This ensures that you are pushed to achieve results, but also supported at the level you’re at.
We are serious about helping you achieve your physical goals, but we do so in a fun and inclusive community studio environment.

The story behind MVMT Studio
The idea for MVMT Studio was born out of a passion for helping people feel their best, both physically and mentally. Over the years, I've seen fitness trends come and go—some great, and others… well, let’s just say they left a lot of us burnt out and injured.
There’s been a surge in studios with instructors who have minimal training, which often leads to ineffective and sometimes even harmful exercise routines. I felt it was time to offer something different—something grounded in scientific training and rehabilitation principles that actually work.
MVMT Studio is far more than just a Pilates studio. As a physio, I know that your body and brain crave variety to truly thrive. That’s why our studio offers a diverse range of evidence-based classes and physio-led private clinical sessions, designed with a clear purpose in mind.

My first business venture was organizing boozy singles events at Sydney’s finest bowling clubs, where I discovered my passion for bringing people together. With MVMT Studio, I’m excited to create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive space for the Manly community to connect, move, and thrive.
