OUR STORY
UPR started all the way back in 2012. Co-directors Amy and Dallas met through the Ultimate Frisbee team “Heads of State”. The team is based in Melbourne, and the two were brought on to be Strength and Conditioning coaches for the Women’s and Men’s U/19 world teams. Fun fact! Ultimate Frisbee is where Ultimate Performance and Rehab got it’s name.

Of course lots happened along the way - but the two eventually found their way back to Dallas’ hometown of Warrnambool and through local connections, found a space at a local Allied Health clinic where Amy could run Ultimate Performance and Rehab. The pair eventually outgrew this space and moved into the Koroit Street location where they currently operate out of.

Going from a garage in the Melbourne suburbs to a successful location in the CBD of Warrnambool - and we just know that the best is yet to come!
