East Corrimal Medical centre has been servicing the community for over 75 years. Originally, the practice was located in the building next door to the current premises at 21 Murray Road, East Corrimal. The first doctor was Dr Jansz, who was then joined by Dr McFarlane. Dr Khanna started working at the practice in 1976. In 1981, Dr Khanna built a new surgery at 19 Murray Rd, the current premises, and worked there until 2013, when Dr Puja Mehrotra and Dr Rahul Mehan joined the practice.

We are an AGPAL accredited practice, which means that we meet the high standards set by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) for General Practices.

We are a teaching and training practice, promoting education, practical learning and committed to the future of general practice. Doctors at our practice are involved in the training of GP Registrars and medical students from the University of Wollongong.

Under the care of our experienced General Practitioners and Nurses, we provide a variety of services, including: women’s health services, a range of care plans, minor skin surgeries, aviation and work medicals, and mental health consultations.
