New Growth Care Group

Profile Summary
New Growth grew out of the gaps in the NDIS. We’re passionate about closing these gaps for participants, their families and carers, support workers, and Allied Health professionals alike.
If you or your loved one need to access the NDIS, you’re likely already dealing with enough stressors in your day-to-day life. Accessing the support you’re entitled to shouldn’t be adding to your mental load. We’re here to make sure it doesn’t.
New Growth’s founder, Danielle, began on the path leading to New Growth during her university days, when she worked as a carer for an elderly woman with dementia she grew to deeply admire. She saw the impact it made when her client was able to avoid entering a nursing home, allowing her to live the life she wanted to live for as long as possible. This experience led her away from her finance degree, and into roles within the disability support sector – first in client engagement, and later in support coordination.
Through these roles, Danielle saw first-hand how families struggle and what they go through trying to access support. She found life-changing care is often overshadowed by bureaucracy, and gaps in the system cause many participants difficulties with accessing essential services and managing their funding. These gaps mean the industry often falls short of what it sets out to achieve – making a genuine difference.
That’s why Danielle has a burning passion for making a difference. Her goal is to connect as many people as possible with the support she knows helps them make the most out of their lives. This passion is the driving force behind New Growth and what we stand for. Our team doesn’t just go through the motions – we go above and beyond to make sure you receive all the support you need to get your life back to normal.
From helping you initially navigate the NDIS, to organising the daily execution of plans, lending a helping hand with any issues that may crop up, and anything in between – we take a holistic approach to support coordination. We’re with you all the way on your journey to reclaiming everyday joys and living life on your terms.
