Adelaide Wellbeing Society was created by three passionate Exercise Physiologists, who saw the need for good quality health care.

From humble beginnings as Essential Exercise Physiology, providing Exercise Physiology only services, we had a much bigger dream. A dream where people could access a team of high quality services without the long waiting lists.

We are a South Australian owned and operating team supporting the Northern suburbs of Adelaide.
