Peninsula Pelvic Health is a pelvic floor speciality practice dedicated to improving pelvic health for men and women.

The practice is designed to be a comfortable and safe space for all women and men to seek assistance with any pelvic health concerns and get started on their pelvic health journey.

WOMEN
Pelvic health consultations can include:

Bladder concerns; including urinary incontinence, urgency, frequency, nocturia and/or voiding concerns
Bowel concerns; including incontinence of stool or flatus (wind), constipation, or defecation difficulties
Sexual concerns; including vaginismus, vulvodynia, dyspareunia, or pain with intercourse
Persistent pelvic pain concerns; including endometriosis
Pelvic organ prolapse
Pregnancy and post-partum pelvic floor assessment and rehabilitation
Childbirth injury recovery and management
Gynaecological surgery rehabilitation and rehabilitation


MEN
Pelvic health consultations can include:

Pre- and post-prostatectomy surgery
Bladder concerns; including urinary incontinence, urgency, frequency, nocturia and/or voiding concerns
Bowel concerns; including incontinence of stool or flatus (wind), constipation, or defecation difficulties


MUSCULOSKELETAL PAINS
Back and neck consultations can include:

Pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy
Lower back pain
Abdominal separation (DRAM)
Pelvic pain concerns; including coccyx or pubic bone discomfort.
Neck pain and tension headaches
