At Inside Psychology, we value an empathic and individualised approach. We know that finding a psychologist that you feel comfortable with is daunting, so we take the time to get to know you. We then tailor our approach to your needs, using evidence-based treatment.
We provide treatment and assessments for a wide range of issues. Some areas that we specialise in include trauma and complex trauma, forensic issues, mood disorders, anxiety, anger and aggression, personality disorders, psychosis, addictions, identity issues, and neurodiversity.
We strive towards continuously improving upon our cultural competence, and knowledge in working with clients from diverse and marginalised backgrounds.
Our goal at Inside Psychology is to support our clients, so that they need us less and less over time. We want to empower people to heal and apply knowledge from therapy in their everyday lives.
We offer treatment and assessments both in-person and via telehealth.
