Our General Mental Health service provides clinical psychology services for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety (e.g., OCD, social anxiety, phobias), depression, stress, relationship problems, and more.
Our Death Anxiety service represents Australia's only clinic specialising in the assessment and treatment of death anxiety and existential concerns.
In addition to these treatment services, we also provide training and workshops to health practitioners and other professionals.

CBT focuses on examining the relationship between an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. From a CBT approach, the therapist and patient work together to address unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that may be contributing to their distress, or interfering with their ability to enjoy life.
