Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and owner of First Point Nutrition, Roslyn Seselja believes in a healthy and balanced life through enjoyment of good foods. Roslyn completed a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Canberra, and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Nutritional Science and a Bachelor of Communications. The combination of these qualifications make Roslyn an engaging speaker and well-placed to offer strategic advice to business on nutrition communication.
With experience working with people with pre-diabetes and diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver disease, weight issues, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, food intolerances, allergies and vitamin deficiencies, Roslyn is able to help clients understand the link between their medical condition and what they eat, and provide practical tips on managing medical conditions while still enjoying delicious foods. Roslyn has recently completed Monash University's 'Low FODMAP Diet for IBS' online training course for health professionals and is well-equipped to assist clients with irritable bowel syndrome manage their diets to reduce symptoms. ​

As a proud mum to five children, Roslyn has a special interest in paediatric, adolescent and women's health and nutrition, particularly the pre-conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding stages. Having been there herself many times, Roslyn loves assisting parents to navigate the challenges of feeding their often fussy children. She has recently completed additional training in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and is able to provide expert advice on the management of this condition.

Roslyn loves cooking- which is a good thing as she is the main cook for her growing family! Roslyn knows first-hand the experience of juggling a busy life, and how it can be easy to let healthy eating slip while trying to get dinner on the table each night. Her warm and friendly demeanour, coupled with her realistic and practical advice on making healthy eating easy, give her the ability to gently guide clients to better health.
