PATIENT INFORMATION
We are a 100% bulk billing practice. New patients are welcome.
Please bring your Medicare card, Health Care card, and Seniors card whenever you visit.
Please let us know in advance if you require an interpreter or AUSLAN services.
Medical certificates can only be issued on the day you visit and cannot be backdated.
You must book an appointment for a new script or referral letter.
It is recommended that you book follow-up appointments for your test results. Radiology and Pathology results will not be given over the phone.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Calls to the doctor will be taken if the doctor is available. If the doctor is unavailable, a message will be left to notify the doctor of your call. Calls will be returned by the doctor within 24 hours, where practicable.
Only appropriate non-clinical matters are dealt with via email exchanges. Our email is checked once a day by a non-clinical staff member, with responses given within 24 hours, where practicable.
No consulting or advice services are conducted by email. This must be communicated in person by the doctor unless there are exceptional circumstances.
APPOINTMENTS:
Standard appointments are booked at 15-minute intervals.
Please let us know if you require a longer appointment. These include:
New patients
Two or more problems, or a complex problem
Cervical Cytology Screening
Travel advice and vaccination
Family and emotional issues
Mental Health care plans
Medical and Insurance forms
Minor surgical procedures
Annual health checks
Telehealth appointments are available for patients who have attended within the last 12 months
Walk-ins accepted. We will try to accommodate you where possible.

Our practice adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), from the Privacy Act 1988. This practice is committed to the continuing care of all individuals and families in this area. All patient consultations and records are kept strictly confidential.
Your medical records are confidential documents. It is the policy of this practice to always maintain the security of your personal health and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of our staff.
