Health Management Dietitians all started with Tara Diversi in 2005, where she identified a significant gap in nutrition services for those wanting exceptional support to help them overcome their nutrition related problems. In 2012, Mitch Smith took over the business and during this time Health Management has grown to 6 dietitians across Cairns, Mareeba and Atherton. More recently we have moved into quite a lot more online consultations with clients wanting more flexibility.
