Founding Director and Clinical Psychologist, Dr Kara Granger, understands life fulfilment comes from having a sense of purpose, strong identity and meaningful connections to others and yourself. She genuinely believes that psychologists can help people to build the insight, skills and strengths they need to overcome their concerns, build their sense of identity, create purpose, develop positive connections and reach their goals to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life. This premise and belief is why Dr Kara Granger called her practice HGC PSYCHOLOGY - heal, grow, connect - and over the past 20 years has helped clients achieve these three vital aspects and essentially achieve their own excellence.
