For diagnosis and treatment, we offer osteopathy and physiotherapy. To help your rehabilitation and strength needs, we will be providing clinical pilates and gym-based rehabilitation. To aid in recovery, we offer our infrared sauna.

Limbr was created by born and raised Melbournians that shared a dream to provide the best healthcare possible. They have one shared goal - to help you to the best of their ability, in a facility that enables such results.
Feeling frustrated with the often-limited services a health clinic can provide, together they wanted to establish a facility that enabled staff to go on the entire health journey with their patients. From the point of injury to full rehabilitation.
So in 2022, Limbr was born. Three-like minded individuals combined to establish a clinic to go on that journey with you. To address all of your needs to help you get back to your best. You can access manual therapy, reformer pilates, strength and conditioning in our gym as well as an infrared sauna for recovery. We wanted to provide our patients with all the resources possible to achieve the outcomes you desire.
