For our paediatric clients, providing a mobile service allows us to collaborate with care school staff and family members to ensure a person centred approach for the client that is consistent and safe.

Our speech therapists are fully qualified professionals who have completed their training in Speech Pathology at Universities across Australia. Each therapist is a Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia and participates in their Professional Self-Regulation Program. At Communicate, we are dedicated to keeping our professional knowledge up to date so that we can provide the highest possible level of care to our clients.
Communicate Speech Pathology was founded in 2004 by our Director, Emily Joseph. Our first logo transpired from a self-drawn portrait of one of Emily's three your old clients. It reflects the client's needs to better connect and socialise through communication and our guiding principle to deliver innovative, accessible and outcome based services to our clients.
We are Sydney's largest provider of home and school based therapy sessions covering more than 440 suburbs. We developed our mobile service to give our clients access to therapy in an environment in which they feel most comfortable and where generalisation of new skills can best occur.
It gives us great satisfaction to service our clients, for many of whom therapy and assessment services would typically be out of reach.
Our Speech Pathologists work closely with families, teachers, carers and other professionals to ensure the communication needs of our clients are fully met. We collaborate with important people in the child's or adult's life to develop and implement therapy goals.
We have worked in over 800 different day care centres, pre-schools, primary schools, high-schools and supported work places. We have screened the speech and language skills of more than 10,000 children. Our Speech Pathologists have completed over 200,000 speech therapy sessions.
