Offering expert nutritional advice and years of experience, Kathy's passion for inspiring change is infectious. Expanding her business and team, BENN-efit Nutrition can assist you with a variety of nutritional needs including chronic disease, modifying unhelpful eating behaviours related to weight management as well as gastrointestinal concerns.

BENN-efit Nutrition is also a Registered NDIS Provider to deliver support to those with a disability, and as part of this service offers home visits.
