The Urapuntja Health Service is in Amengenterneah, 23 km north of Arlparra, off the Sandover Highway. Our Health Service team (comprising Clinical and Social Emotional Wellbeing Teams) provide services through our main clinic and Wellbeing Centre at Amengernterneah and as a mobile, outreach team, visiting 600-800 residents of 16 Homeland communities. The Health Service is set in an area of natural beauty, with comfortable accommodation for our staff including a well-equipped and modern clinic, a Social and Emotional Wellbeing Centre, men and women’s centres, a mechanical workshop, and a gym. We are an organisation that values our staff, and we provide excellent conditions to acknowledge the important work that our health professionals, support staff and employees do.
