Real Community Services was formed in 2005 as a response to the unmet need for reliably skilled and compassionate support staff in the community services sector.

We have steadily grown within this time to encompass a range of support services and funding streams that include Disability and Mental Health Supports, Recruitment Services to other Community Organisations and Acquired Brain Injury Support.

Real Community Services is now an established and preferred choice of support provider in the community sector for many clients, providing thousands of hours per week to people who have disability, aged, or have an acquired brain injury of any age and background.
