OUR STORY
During his undergraduate years, our founder Isnad spent a lot of time engaging in Social Work within challenging settings - juvenile detention centres, mental health institutions and drug and alcohol treatment centres.



Whether it be drug-induced psychosis or PTSD, anxiety and depression, mental illness was a common theme. Within the chaos, he noticed that whenever people were engaged in physical activity, they were able to feel joy and could be present - an immediate shift would occur.



Through the years, he has developed an active treatment model aimed at breaking down barriers and fostering human connection to facilitate long-term healing in the disability community.
