This 90-minute Couples Workshop provides you and your partner with evidence-based education and practical tools to prepare your body and your pelvic health for birth.

Our Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services are focused on you as a unique female.

We support females throughout all stages of life. Whether this is throughout your pregnancy journey, postnatal recovery, menopause, or whether you experience pelvic health concerns such as pelvic organ prolapse, bladder leakage, bowel dysfunction or pelvic pain.

Our Pelvic Floor Physio management focuses on providing you with evidence-based education and treatment which empowers you to become the healthiest and most confident version of yourself.

Our integrated approach to treatment involves working closely with your treating GP, Obstetrician or Midwife, Gynaecologist, Gastroenterologist and Colorectal Specialist.
