The Institute for Healthy Living is a clinical psychology practice in Bondi Junction, servicing the eastern suburbs of Sydney. We are passionate about helping people overcome the challenges that keep them from living a full and rewarding life. We all experience struggles in life; and our clinical psychologists are dedicated to helping you to achieve change and healing. Our team are experienced at working with individuals at every life stage.

We have particularly strong experience supporting people in Bondi Junction who are dealing with depression and mood difficulties, generalised anxiety (worry), social anxiety, disordered eating, weight management difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties (experiencing intense feelings and reactions), relationship problems, work and study stress, perfectionism, fertility issues, parenting issues, sexuality concerns, and more.

All of our psychologists are fully accredited and university trained. They have each completed Bachelors, Honours, and Masters degrees in psychology and clinical psychology; totalling a minimum of six years of training per psychologist.
