Why Choose i-Fitness?
ifitness is the unique combination of high level expertise, years of experience, state of the art equipment and a passion to improve your health. ifitness is family owned an operated and has been actively improving the health of our community since 2007.

Unique Tailored Solutions
As the old saying goes, you can't change what you can't measure, problem is that when it comes to the body, it can be very difficult and expensive to measure certain aspects of health. Therefore, most health professionals will use estimates or indirect measures to base treatment on. At iFitness, we know that your unique and what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another. Therefore we are not content to just guess with your health and have spared no expense in acquiring cutting edge equipment to measure how your body works so that you get a truly individualised solution.

Best quality care
In the past, Central Coast residents have often traveled to Sydney for the best health care. At ifitness, we have patients that travel from Sydney and as far North as Nelsons Bay and now with Telehealth are able to see people accross the country and the world.

We are convinced that iFitness is able to offer services to such a standard that will see more and more people from Sydney and Newcastle travelling to the Coast to get the best care!
